Monumental Inscription for Thomas & Sarah Elizabeth Barnes and son, Thomas |
Headstone of Thomas Barnes (abt. 1864 - 1939), his wife, Sarah Elizabeth (nee Wright),
and their son, Thomas Barnes (1907 - 1975) in Sheffield Road Cemetery at Paul in Cornwall.
The inscriptions reads....

LOVING
MEMORY OF
SARAH,
THE BELOVED WIFE OF
THOMAS BARNES
WHO
DIED OCT. 28TH 1910,
AGED 36 YEARS.
PEACE PERFECT PEACE.
ALSO OF
THOMAS BARNES
HUSBAND OF THE ABOVE
DIED OCT. 10TH 1939
AGED 74 YEARS.
I HAVE A PEACE THAT IS
CALM AS A RIVER
MY SAVIOUR ALONE IS ITS
AUTHOR AND GIVER.
ALSO THEIR SON
THOMAS BARNES
DIED 15TH APRIL 1975
AGED 67 YEARS.
