The medals must have been sent after August 1921 because, in that month, Henry's widow died and so their young daughter (Phyllis Grace Weaver, later Geake) was, by then, the next of kin. At that time, Phyllis was living with her grandparents, William Henry Smale and Grace, nee Martin.
