Charles George Hibbitt - (Charlie)
Charlie's father was a Coastguard. He probably had many happy memories living by and sailing on the river and so, after he retired, Charlie bought a boat and kept it at Frogmore, a few miles away from his home in the South Hams in Devon.
It is thought that this is a picture of Charlie holidaying in Norfolk on a hired boat.
