Biography and source notes for GEORGE NEWBOLD
George NEWBOLD was born in Exton, Rutland, in about 1787, the son of John & Elizabeth NEWBOLD. He was baptized on 25th December 1787 in Exton Parish Church.
George was married in the same church in 1810. The parish records state:
George Newbold of this parish (Bachelor) & Ann Parker of Empingham in the county of Rutland (Spinster) married by Banns October 27th 1810.

George signed as Geo Newbould and Ann put her mark.
According to the 1841 Census, George was born in about 1791.
