The Hibbitt Grave In Drake Memorial Park
The Hibbitt grave in Drake Memorial Park in
Plymouth, Devon
Nellie Gertrude Martin (nee Hibbitt) was buried here in 1966
and her brother, Charles George Hibbitt (known as Charlie), was laid to
rest on 12th October 1972. The top-left photo was taken shortly after
his burial. The cremated remains of Charles' wife, Ivy Alice Hibbitt
(nee Dando, nicknamed Isey), were scattered over the grave after she died in 1992.
After entering the memorial park, the location of the grave is in the
first section on the far left, approximately two-thirds of the way down.
The plaque reads...
