The Lower Struma, Greece
The series of photographs at the top of the frame is believed to have been taken by Observer Sub-Lieutenant Cyril Norman Ellen in 1917. The panoramic sketch from the same time period at the bottom of the frame is held at the National Archives. The sketch was drawn by C Wentworth-Bennett, 2 Lieut D.C.L.I. and reproduced by Printing Section, Royal Engineers, General Head Quarters No 220.
