in the graveyard at St Lawrence's Church, Sheepwash, Devon
The memorial inscription reads as follows...
ERECTED
TO
THE
MEMORY OF
ANN
WIFE OF
JOHN HORN
OF THIS PARISH;
SHE DIED 18th MAY 1840: AGED 38.
ALSO
TO
ANN and MARY
Daughters of the above
ANN died May 18th 1839 Aged 2 Years
MARY died July 6th 1840 Aged 16 Weeks
