The Wave of Poppies on the Plymouth Naval Memorial
The Wave of Poppies on the Plymouth Naval Memorial first appeared at the Tower of London in 2014. Plymouth Naval Memorial commemorates 7,251 sailors of the First World War and 15,933 of the Second World War including my great-uncle, Lt Cdr Charles Henry Martin. The Wave was at Plymouth between August and November 2017.
